Even then affirmative action , laws specifically for Black people has been made unconstitutional by Clarence Thomas and friends since 1975 ! Bakke case . Remember Anna Diggs had to strike down Coleman Young’s affirmative action city contracts in like 1985 ? Barack Obama snuck in “something for Black people” with Obamacare which helps low -incomed ; Black people are disproportionately low incomed so we are helped more by Obamacare. Bailing out autoworkers, too, because there are high percentage of Black autoworkers ; and it helped Detroit with Auto company and worker taxes . Many Black people don’t get this .
