OLIGARCH , Peter Thiel : Thiel stated, "I would put the odds at roughly 50% that a democratic socialist wins the presidency in 2028." He argued that the Republican Party has always occupied the anti-establish-ment space in American politics. A takeover by Democratic Socialists would be catastrophic for the country, he said. He stressed that when 70% of millennials identify as pro-socialist, the political establishment needs to rethink how it responds.

Future Of AES and Sahel? CHINA JOINS FORCES WITH AES? WHO WILL REALLY SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE SAHEL? What happens when the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) deepens its relationship with China while strengthening strategic cooperation with Russia? The future of the Sahel may be entering a completely new phase. In this deep dive, Afri Arise examines the growing relationship between China and AES, the expanding role of Russia, and the major geopolitical transformation taking place across Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.<
China's role in the Sahel goes beyond politics. Its growing involvement connects to infrastructure, oil, mining, uranium, energy, trade, investment, technology and industrial development. ( CB: proletarian internationalism) At the same time, Russia has become increasingly important to AES in security and military cooperation. But the biggest question is not simply whetherBut the biggest question is not simply whether China or Russia will gain more influence. WHO WILL HOLD THE PEN? Can AES use relationships with China, Russia and other global powers to strengthen its own strategic independence? Or could replacing one external dependency with another create a different kind of vulnerability? IN THIS VIDEO, WE EXPLORE: Why China is becoming increasingly important to AES and the Sahel China's role in infrastructure, mining, oil, energy and investment Niger's growing economic relationship with Chinese partners The strategic importance of uranium and natural resources in Niger Why Russia and AES are deepening security cooperation China's economic role versus Russia's security role Why Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger needChina's economic role versus Russia's security role Why Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger need roads, energy and trade corridors How infrastructure can transform the landlocked AES economies The AES push for resource sovereignty and value addition Why Africa must move from raw-resource extraction toward industrialization The importance of technology transfer, skills and local participation The role of the Confederal Bank for Investment and Development Whether China can help AES develop manufacturing and supply chains The danger of replacing one dependency with another Why Africa needs partners, not masters What Nigeria should understand about the changing Sahel What a more multipolar Africa could mean for the continent And whether AES can build enough internalDescription And whether AES can build enough internal strength to control its economic and strategic future. The Sahel is rich in gold, uranium and oil, while its geography makes infrastructure, logistics, energy and access to regional markets critically important. This makes the AES increasingly significant in the wider geopolitical competition surrounding Africa. But there is a deeper question: Can African countries turn foreign partnerships into genuine African industrial capacity? Can Chinese investment bring technology, training, infrastructure and local participation? Can Russian security cooperation strengthen AES without creating another dependency? Can natural resources be processed closer to home instead of simply being exported as raw materials? And can Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger build institutions strong enough to negotiate effectively Can Russian security cooperation strengthen AES without creating another dependency? Can natural resources be processed closer to home instead of simply being exported as raw materials? And can Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger build institutions strong enough to negotiate effectively with major global powers? These questions go far beyond AES. They are African questions. China has its interests. Russia has its interests. Europe has its interests. America has its interests. Africa must also have its own interests. The future may not be about choosing between China, Russia, Europe or America. It may be about African countries becoming strong enough to work with multiple partners while maintaining control over their own strategic priorities. How Burkina's WAR COLLEGE Is Changing

A first class of senior Burkinabè officers will spend about 11 months studying strategy, planning and command at home, instead of in France, the United States or anywhere else. The Prime Minister's message was direct: you cannot talk about sovereignty in defence if you keep sending your military elite abroad to be trained.<
But there is a bigger story behind the ceremony. Just 2 months earlier, Burkina Faso's officer academy graduated 217 new officers, and 18 of them came from 9 other African countries: Cameroon, Central African Republic, Djibouti, Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad and Togo. How might America become Socialist ? <
Al Mode <
• Al Overview America might become socialist through a gradual, democratic political transition or through sweeping structural economic reforms.
Democratic and Electoral Pathways • Electoral Shifts: Grassroots political groups, such as the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), work to elect candidates who advocate for public ownership of major industries and expanded social welfare ( See my essay For the People Owning the Too-Big-To-Fail Banks and Corporations ;http://take10charles.blogspot.com/2014/05/for-people-owning-too-big-to-fail.html) .
• Policy Expansion: Proponents suggest that expanding public programs-such as single-payer healthcare, affordable housing, and high taxes on wealth and corporations
• Constitutional Change: A formal transition to a fully socialist system that replaces private property rights would theoretically require a constitutional amendment supported by a large majority of Congress and the states.( See my essay
:http://take10charles.blogspot.com/2014/07/needed-constitutional-amendment-for_4.html)
Economic and Cultural Shifts • Economic Pressures: Supporters argue that systemic economic frustrations, such as high costs of living and wealth inequality, drive public interest in socialist alternatives.
• Workplace Democracy: Advocates propose shifting corporate structures toward worker-owned cooperatives and socialized public authorities rather than traditional top-down corporate management.
Obstacles and Counterarguments <
• Constitutional Protections: Legal and political critics note that the U.S. Constitution strongly protects private property, making a peaceful dismantling of capitalism through the legal system difficult to achieve.<
• Historical Resistance: Observers point out that American political culture has historically favored free-market capitalism and individualism, and that cyclical interest in socialism often fades as voters encounter economic and tax realities. <

Why is the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative 21st Century Proletarian Internationalism. ?
Why do I say the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative is 21st Century Proletarian Internationalism ? Because trade between countries is substantively an economic relationship between the Proletariats , the Wage-Labor classes , of those countries , for it is the Proletariats of those nations that produce all their goods and services , commodities; create all exchange-value ( See Marx's _Capital_ Vol. 1; Chapter 1). So, these trade exchanges are International exchanges between Proletarians -thus , Proletarian Internationalism. This is also true of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
<
These international exchanges are substantially free of the dominance of Imperialism ; imperialist dominance is the case with most of the rest of world trade . <
The goal of Marxism is Peaceful and Prosperous relations among All the Workers of the World ! <
