"As we noted in our Open Letter to Legacy Organizations That Lost Their Way, when women's rights organizations go off mission, and center men pretending to be women, they leave women's rights undefended and subject to attack. We wrote about three large organizations - Planned Parenthood, National Organization For Women, and the ACLU, that prioritized gender ideology above their core mission, and are now losing significant support and in court. That leaves the job of fighting for women's rights to tiny, but fierce, organizations like WoLF." <

There are two key bills in Congress that require committee hearings to proceed:

S.1147 - Defining Male and Female Act of 2025

H.R.1015 - Prison Rape Prevention Act of 2025

Both bills are aimed at fulfilling pieces of the Administration's Executive Order 14168 Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism. Each has been referred to its respective judiciary committee, but no hearing has been scheduled. We'd like to move these bills to hearing.
