2) Speech is thorougly suppressed because private employers are not regulated by the First Amendment. Employers can fire workers for speech . The private bosses are the AUTHORITIES


3) Individuals' speech may be protected from government censorship , but the vast majority of people cannot broadcast their speech to a significant number of others . Only some of the very rich can . There is only freedom of the press, freedom to broadcast for those who own the presses , the mass broadcast enterprises . Free speech is only a significant democratic right if one can speak to masses . The Oligarchs are the AUTHorities


4) There isn't one person / one vote . There is one dollar/ one vote . Money rules elections. Republican Party and Supreme Court extensively and continuously repress Black voters. <
