My hypothesis is that "God" is a composite into the "Mind" of one fictional person, imaginary person of the Lives of many, many generations of ancestors. It is a conversion of the Stone Age philosophy and culture of Ancestor Veneration. Many Dead People passed on knowledge of their experiences to their children and children's children... passed on by way of Words, Symbolic Legacy and Inheritance. In the Stone Age the Words were oral; with Civilization and the origin of writing, the Symbolic Inheritance is oral and written. The Bible is a writing down of stories, myths, parables, that had been orally memorized down through the generations of the Stone Age. Written sacred texts are the origin of religion as opposed to Stone Age Ancestor Veneration not "worship" as literally immortal beings. Words and Stories inherited to guide the lives of future generations gives a certain metaphorical immortality to the symbolic lives of dead generations. This is how Stone Age peoples understood it. Specifically, in Genesis, the Bible's parables can be interpreted as corresponding to anthropological theories on the origin of humans.

The Tree of the Fruit of the Knowledge of Good and Evil can be interpreted as giving knowledge of Good and Evil to those who eat the fruit. "Good and Evil " can be interpreted as Morality, Custom, Rules of a Culture, as I have defined Culture in this class. And for anthropology, humans originate with the invention of culture or behavior guided by symbolic communication,, words, language.
