Main thing Republican Prez does is play to MAGA racism , including trade war on China ( and Viet Nam) because they’re not white . Obviously main one now is anti-Latino immigrants, including the Cubans , who are traditionally welcomed by anti-Communist powers-that-be; not now not even Cubans or anti-Commie Venezuelans. Florida may come into play for Dems.
