Even the name denotes monstrosity! It’s as though the individual and/or group who came up with the term immediately saw the discovery as problematic— that humans have fraternal twin parts alive and well in what appears to be a single body,… WHAT?! What’s more, some of these parts are fully functional, the most obvious being eyes for the simple reason being that we can see with our own eyes the difference ie— one eye blue and the other brown. Now with the use of DNA, researchers have since been able to find chimerism in complete reproductive organs that are fully functional and so enabling children from the absorbed fraternal twin to be born (the case of Karen Keegan reveals that one of the three children she gave birth to is her own while the other two belong to her absorbed fraternal twin sister). The question is, what other parts belong to her twin sister? A purely logical question considering that in order to determine, the DNA in each of organs would have to be examined. So lets move right to our most precious organ— the brain. Could it be that parts of our brain belong to an absorbed fraternal twin,… and what of absorbed identical twin’s, can a similar process happen with them? Of course this is true, and we see evidence of this with conjoined twins. We also have proof of conjoined twins who can read each others thoughts and who can see through each other’s eyes— the Hogan twins who are joined at the head, their brains connected by a joined thalamus (see link to article below). People still have a problem accepting the fact of evolution, so there will be much hell to pay for opening eyes and brains to chimerism, not just on the religious front, but on most every front. We can better know the truth behind chimerism (genetics) by investigating what researchers have discovered by examining the DNA of other animals (this was safer, … and perhaps easier to get funds for). As for experts being able to make the claim that it’s rare and hypothesize that it affects only 10% of the population, is also a bold statement when they know the difficulty of finding evidence— that organs within the entire body … and including multiple cells within each, would have to undergo DNA testing. We didn’t need DNA research before Evolution was widely accepted, for the simple reason being that people could see (and still do) with their own eyes (by simple observation), the process of evolution, not just via short term adaptations, but because of fossil evidence revealing a progression ie — ape to human over a period of millions of years. If there is a separate brain at work (lets be bold and say it—within all humans), that unlike the Hogan twins who have two mouths that can verbally identify who’s thoughts are who’s (to each other and researchers), and so are unable to be easily identified (but not impossible), then we will remain unaware of their secret influence unless we open our mind to the possibility, … and/or they have a plan to open our minds to the truth … ie: by a show of force,… or perhaps it’s in their best interest to stay undetected. What I’m saying here aren’t facts, they are however observations of a free thinking, open minded individual who isn’t influenced by funding, and I just happen to be a gutsy person not afraid of the truth and because of knowing that it’s not what you know that hurts you, but what you don’t know. There is more to each of us than meets the “I” (hmmm could the words “I” and “eye” have been a secret influence from a mind within…, perhaps the subconscious is not really ours as we purport,… ) https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmoa013452 https://www.cbc.ca/cbcdocspov/features/the-hogan-twins-share-a-brain-and-see-out-of-each-others-eyes Human Chimera Describes How She Absorbed Her Fraternal Twin In The Womb A woman on TikTok has explained the story of how she found out she is a human chimera, having absorbed her twin sister in the womb. Rachelle, who goes by the username radrachelle , had always had different colored eyes. As well as this, she had a straight line that goes right down the center of her torso. "On my left side only, my skin pigmentation is a different color than on my right side," she explained in the video below. At first, she "kind of chalked it up to 'it must be a birthmark'." However, during her teen years she began to fall ill a lot. She visited a lot of medical professionals, though nobody could figure out what was going wrong. Eventually, she went to a doctor who gave her genetic testing, and she found that she had two DNA profiles. "He confirmed I am a chimera," she said in the video. "I absorbed my twin sister, so I carry her DNA and cells within my body." - Rachelle has tetragametic chimerism. This happens when two separate eggs are fertilized by two different sperm, and then one of the embryos absorbs the other during the early stages of development. People with this type of chimerism may have two blood types , or different eye colors, as Rachelle does. Chimerism is rare, with only around 100 documented cases in humans. In some cases of chimerism, the person can develop ambiguous genitalia, if the twin embryos they are developed from contain different chromosomes (i.e. if one twin is male and the other is female). Other people with the condition can live with no complications from it, other than altered pigmentation or eye color. In fact, some have only become aware of their condition after blood tests. Back in 2006 , a mother had to prove her children were her own after a blood test showed that her DNA did not match the DNA of her own children, due to the presence of the DNA of her twin. In chimeric patients, the majority of cells usually end up coming from one set of DNA, Live Science reports , as is the case with Rachelle. After being asked whether her children would be her own, or from her absorbed twin sister, she responded in a separate video that following the birth of her children she had a hysterectomy. DNA samples were obtained from her uterus and ovaries. Her ovaries were determined to be 100 percent her own, and her uterus nearly the same, with an exception of a few cells. However, her children are going for genetic testing just to be sure, in case of further health problems that they should know about.
