+2 Georgi Dimitrov, a Bulgarian Communist politician and prominent figure in the Communist International (Comintern), defined fascism as the "open terrorist dictatorship of the most reactionary, most chauvinistic, and most imperialistic elements of finance capital". This definition was presented in a 1935 report to the Seventh World Congress of the Comintern and became the orthodox Marxist-Leninist view on the subject.
