Detroit's annual Labor Day march and rally will take place on Monday, Sept. 1. The march begins at 9am from Abbott St. and Trumbull St. near the IBEW Local 58 hall. The march will proceed up Trumbull St. to Michigan Ave. and head west to Roosevelt Park for a rally.<

Coalition, Anti-Fascist Organizing Coalition (AFOC), and the May Day Detroit coalition at Cochran St. and Michigan Ave.at 7:30am to help us distribute literature to the thousands of unionists who will be gathering on Michigan Ave. and Trumbull St. Look for the AFOC banner shown below.


The police usually shutdown Michigan Ave. by 8am, so it is advisable to arrive before then so that you can find convenient parking.
