It just occurred to me that President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Second Bill of Rights , Of specific ideal of meeting Everybody's Economic and Social NEEDS , is essentially TO ALL ACCORDING TO NEEDS ! In other words, a proposal for an American , not just socialist , but COMMUNIST society ; by Marx's definition of Communism as " From each according to Ability ; TO EACH ACCORDING TO NEED. FDR is proposing that to each would go according to need ! He lists all the basic needs .
