Monopoly capital dominates all capitalist countries not just Germany beginning with the late 1800’s. It’s the monopoly capital phase of capitalist history . Capitalist competition inherently tends to monopoly. Why ? because eventually a few capitalists win the competition as in the game monopoly.

For example , car manufacturing companies were dozens at first . Eventually, it was just the Big Three . The dominant monopolies now are Finance Capital , the 1%.
